The Air Strike is one of the oldest weapons in the Worms series, having appeared in almost every game since the first one. It is a mid-powered weapon, with its main advantage being that, as its name implies, it's an air strike.
Description[]
Once fired, 5 or 6 bombs (depending on the game) are dropped at the location and from the direction provided by the user. Each bomb does up to 30 points of damage. The bombs explode once they come in contact with anything solid, but only cause small explosions, so the Air Strike's ground penetration is negligible.

It also provides a method for a sure-fire kill if the enemy is out in the open when sudden death begins.
Each missile can achieve a maximum of 30 points of damage.
Tips & Tricks[]
- The player can easily avoid being hit by an Air Strike by either seeking cover, or placing a repelling Electromagnet next to their Worm.
- The Air Strike is most effective when there are several enemy Worms at the same position, since it can cause damage to each.
- Along with the other air weapons, the Air Strike is unavailable in cave maps.
