The Salvation Army, or Sally Army, is a weapon from the 2nd generation games.
The Salvation Army is similar to the Old Woman, as when used it freely walks across the landscape for 5 seconds before detonating. After it have blown up, it releases clusters in the form of tambourines. These clusters have the same damage output as a Bazooka shot.
